Madalyn Ann (Curtin) Drew, 64, of Kingston, New Hampshire, passed away on Thursday June 4, 2026, at her home, surrounded by her loving family, after a year on hospice from a long illness.

Madalyn was born in Lynn, Massachusetts, and was the eighth daughter of nine children to the late, Rebecca Grace (Murray) and William Charles Curtin. Then the family moved to East Hampstead, New Hampshire.

She was a loving mother of three children, Nichole, Kristen and Bobby. And thus, chose to make her career at the schools they attended by working in the food service, influencing good nourishment for all the children, eventually working up to managerial positions. She embraced and shared her love of music, and singing with her family and friends. She enjoyed her art, creating many beautiful paintings, sculpting and writing poetry and short stories.

One of her favorite activities was four wheeling with her true love of her life, partner of twenty-three years, Thomas Huggins who also shared her love of finding antiques and old treasures making their warm loving home like a vintage museum.

Madalyn will be sadly missed but lovingly remembered by her adoring companion, Thomas Huggins of Kingston, New Hampshire, son, Robert “Bobby” Drew of Kingston, New Hampshire, daughters, Nichole Alder of Chichester, New Hampshire, Kristen Alder of Kingston, New Hampshire, and cherished grandchildren, Dominic Valenti, Daylon Valenti, Gabriel Alder and Shone Keefe.

As Madalyn joins three of her sisters who passed before her, Carlene Clement, Charlotte Duquette, and Deborah Smart, at their tea table in heaven, she leaves another empty chair at the tea table of sisters, Grace Lennon, Linda Curtin, Mary Hannon, and Karen Mills. She will also be missed by brother, William Curtin and many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends who will miss her sweet smile and joyful laughter till we meet again.

The Celebration of Madalyn (Curtin) Drew’s Life will be held at the Rock Church, 90 Newton Road, Plaistow, New Hampshire, on Monday July 20, 2026, at 6:00 PM. All Family and Friends are welcome.
