Haverhill, MA: Lucille E. (Pelletier) Gosselin, 86, of South Lawrence, died in Haverhill on April 23, 2019.

Born and raised in Lawrence, she was the daughter of the late Herve' and Albertine (Chenard) Pelletier and was a member of the Class of 1951 at Sacred Heart High School in Lawrence.

She was wed to Raymond L. Gosselin in 1966 and took great pride in her home and being a devoted and loving wife and mother. In more recent years she loved to go to the Lawrence Senior Center every Tuesday afternoon and play cards with her friends.

Lucille will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her daughters Celeste (Gosselin) Thornhill and her partner Robert Keith of Haverhill, Christine (Gosselin)(Aikens) Hester of Maiden, NC, brother Raymond Pelletier of Lawrence, brothers-in-law Robert Gosselin of Lawrence, and Edward Plonowski of Austin, TX, sisters-in-law Rita Pelletier of Lawrence, Cecile Gosselin of Lawrence, Marie Plonowski of North Andover, Claire Gosselin of Bradford, granddaughters Niya and Emelie Thornhill of Haverhill, Tammara St. Laurent of Methuen, and several nephews, nieces, and great grand nephews and nieces. Predeceased by her husband of forty-three years Raymond L. Gosselin, and brothers Roger Pelletier and Joseph Pelletier.

Relatives and friends are invited to Lucille's Life Celebration to be held on Sunday April 28, 2019 from 2 to 5 p.m. at Berube-Comeau Funeral Home, 47 Broadway, Haverhill, MA.  Her funeral will be held on Monday at 9 a.m. from the funeral home with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in All Saints Church, 120 Bellevue Avenue, Haverhill, MA. Burial to follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery, 80 Corbett St, Andover, MA.
