Haverhill, MA:  Louise M. Desell, 75, of Haverhill, died July 20, 2023 at Holy Family Hospital, Haverhill.

Born in Methuen, MA, she was the daughter of the late Antonio and Antonina (Papalardo) Coltraro.  A resident of Haverhill most of her life, Louise attended local schools and worked as a File Clerk for the Internal Revenue Service.

She enjoyed playing bingo and doing arts and crafts.

Pre-deceased by her husband, John Desell, she is survived by a son, Joseph Desell of Arizona; a daughter, Dawn Owens of Arizona; two sisters, Lucy Scanlon of Lawrence, MA and Josie Murphy of Haverhill, MA; and several nieces, nephews, grandchildren and cousins.

She was also pre-deceased by a sister, Mary Murphy.
