Sandown, NH:  Ludger O. "Lou" Gagne, 80, of Sandown, NH died October 18, 2018 at the Wingate at Haverhill Nursing Home, Haverhill, MA.

Mr. Gagne was born in Salem, MA where he attended school.  He served in the United States Navy from 1956 to 1959, and after being honorably discharged, worked as a Test Set Technician for Lucent Technologies, North Andover, MA.

The widower of the late Constance Alice (Muise) Gagne, who died on June 12, 1975, he is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Phillip W. and Cheryl Gagne of Sandown, NH and Budd W. Gagne and his wife, MaryJo of Chester, NH; a daughter, Beatrice and her husband, Kurt Cleaveland of Floyd, VA; a brother, Gerard Gagne of Oregon; a sister, Doris Trainor of Littleton, MA; two granddaughters, Melissa Marie and her husband, Victor Antolini and Katrina Lynn and her husband, Jeremy McCurdy;  grandsons, Nate and Aaron Cleaveland and other loving family.

Relatives and friends may attend his calling hours to be held on Monday, October 22, 2018, from 6 to 8 PM at Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home, 116 Main St., Plaistow, NH.  His Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, October 23, 2018, at 10 AM in the funeral home.  Burial with Navy Military Honors will follow at the NH State Veteran's Cemetery, Boscawen, NH at 12:30 PM.
