Haverhill: Lorraine M. (Vadeboncoeur) Allen, 91, a native and lifelong resident of Haverhill, died July 26, 2021 at Hannah Duston Nursing Home in Haverhill.

She was the daughter of the late William and Rosilda (Brisson) Vadeboncoeur and attended local schools including Saint James High School. Over the years, she was employed in the local shoe industry, Western Electric Co. and as a cashier at Demoulas/Market Basket.

A longtime member of Saint James Parish in Haverhill, Mrs. Vadeboncoeur enjoyed playing cards, especially 45's and trips to Foxwoods.

Predeceased in 1997 by her husband Raymond J. Allen, she will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by a daughter Marie C. Noone of Lowell, a sister Claire Girroir, of Haverhill and grandchildren David P. Noone and Sarah M. Noone, and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son-in-law Paul Noone, her brother, William Vadeboncoeur and her sisters; Rita Newburg, Yvonne Tarzia, Doris Jones and Irene Richard.

There will be no services and private interment will take place in Saint Joseph Cemetery, Haverhill.
