Linda (Shanbar) Alickman passed away on Sunday, August 10, 2025 at the age of 82, leaving behind her adoring husband, Marc Daine of Haverhill, MA.

She was the loving daughter of the late Rachel (Cohen-Shanbar) Alickman and Max E. Bell, both of Chelsea MA. Linda was the stepdaughter of Benjamin Alickman.

Linda was raised in Chelsea and formerly lived in Billerica and Andover. She was predeceased by her husband Irwin Morton Alickman in 2001, her daughter, Stacey Alickman in 2017, her stepbrother Allen Alickman and her stepsister Phyllis Porcella, both in 2023.

She leaves behind her daughter, Lennie (Elenore) Alickman of Provincetown MA, and her sisters, June Jurek and Maxine Marshall. Linda is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Linda was an avid reader, loved movies and a great cook. She was a creative soul and in her early years, Linda painted, needlepointed and designed afghans that she gave away as gifts.

In Linda's later years she worked at The Forgotten Woman in Boston, Pizzeria Uno and Not Your Average Joes.

Funeral service and interment will be held privately. Memorial donations may be made in Linda's memory to the Provincetown Art Association and Museum
