North Andover, MA:  Kenneth A. DeVeau, 57, of North Andover, MA, died peacefully on September 26, 2018, at Lawrence General Hospital, Lawrence, MA, due to a long illness.

Born in Melrose, MA, the son of the late Arthur and Helen (Doucette) DeVeau, he attended schools in Reading, MA.  He worked as a Cashier for Building 19 and for the Hess Gas Station.

Kenneth battled many illnesses, including Myotonic Dystrophy and a weakened heart.  Throughout his illnesses, he remained a kind soul with a huge heart, always passive and always forgiving, who deeply loved his family and friends.

He was an avid fan of the Patriots, Red Sox, Celtics and Bruins and also a fan of wrestling.   He enjoyed playing board games and card games, watching television shows that made him laugh and enjoyed the simple things in life.

He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his sisters, Robin Ward of Danville, NH and Barbara Hubbard of Wakefield, MA and several nieces and nephews.
