June 29, 1955 – February 17, 2020
Haverhill: Keith M. Garrett, 64, a native and lifelong resident of Haverhill, died peacefully on Monday, February 17, 2020, surrounded by loving family, at High Pointe Hospice House in Haverhill.
The son of the late Norton and Elizabeth (Short) Garrett, Keith was educated in the Haverhill School System and attended Haverhill High School. He was employed as an engineer at United Foam Plastic of Newburyport and Georgetown. At work, as well as at home with family, Keith was affectionately known as "The Chief".
Keith was very happy being at home working around the yard and also enjoyed deep sea fishing, playing Corn Hole, and pitching horseshoes in tournaments at Plaistow Fish and Game Club, where he was a member for several years. He was also a member of All Saints Parish of Haverhill and the Crescent Yacht Club.
He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his spouse, Lisa Siegel of Haverhill, two sons, Keith M. Garrett, Jr. and his girlfriend Kimberly Smith of Derry, NH, and Ayden Siegel of Haverhill, also Kellie Flammia, of Merrimac, MA, whom he was very close to and helped to raise, three brothers, Wayne Garrett and his wife Barbara of Mansfield, CT, Ralph Garrett, of Haverhill and Scott Garrett and his wife Amy of Haverhill, a sister Jeanne Murphy and her husband Michael of Hampstead, NH, two grandchildren, Sophia and Jackson Garrett of Derry, one aunt Patty Tsatsa of Methuen and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Keith was predeceased by his brothers Norton Garrett, Jr. and Bruce Garrett.
Relatives and friends are invited to call on Thursday, February 20 from 5 to 8 p.m. at Berube-Comeau Funeral Home, 47 Broadway, Haverhill. His funeral will begin on Friday at 9 a.m. from the funeral home with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in All Saints Church, 120 Bellevue Avenue, Haverhill. Cremation will follow services.
