Katherine A. Lesiczka, 70, of Haverhill died on July 25, 2016 at the Merrimack Valley Hospice House.
Born in Haverhill on December 21, 1945, daughter of the late William K. and Helen (Drabik) Lesiczka, Kathy attended St. James Grammar School and graduated from St. James High School with the Class of 1963. She went on to attend St. Anselm's College.
Kathy was employed as a tax examiner for the I.R.S for twenty-eight years before retiring in 2002.
A member of All Saints Parish, Kathy enjoyed photography and was a devoted aunt to her nieces and nephews.
She is survived by her two sisters, Patricia Lesiczka, and Natalie Thompson and her husband Douglas, and her sister-in-law, Jane Lesiczka all of Haverhill, her nieces and nephews, Joyce Thompson, Susan Thompson, Christine Wilson and her husband Dan, Jeffrey Lesiczka and his wife Angel, Stephen Lesiczka, and Joshua Lesiczka and his wife Leaza, and her lifelong friend Sheila Manis. She was predeceased by her brother, John Lesiczka.

Relatives and friends may call on Friday, July 29 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home, 116 Main Street, Plaistow, NH. Her funeral will begin on Saturday at 9 a.m. from the funeral home with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in All Saints Church, 120 Bellevue Avenue, Haverhill followed by burial in Walnut Cemetery.
