Haverhill: Karen A. Beauregard, 52, died on January 16, 2014 at the Lahey Clinic Medical Center in Burlington, following a long illness.

Born and raised in Haverhill, daughter of Richard and Joan (Pare) Beauregard, she attended Saint Joseph School, Tilton School and was a member of the Haverhill High School Class of 1979. She later received her Associates Degree in Human Services from Northern Essex Community College.

First employed at Western Electric Co. in North Andover, Karen most recently worked as a health services aid at Fidelity House in Methuen.

She was a member of All Saints Parish of Haverhill and in her younger years enjoyed bowling as a member of the Saint Joseph Bowling League, dancing and camping.

She is survived by her son John R. Dee of Bradford, a daughter Taylor M. Dee of Bradford, her parents, Richard and Joan Beauregard of Haverhill, a sister Pamela M. Hanagan and her husband William of Bradford, a brother Albert J. Beauregard of Haverhill and nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to call on Wednesday January 22, 2014 from 4 to 7 p.m. at Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home, 116 Main St., Plaistow. Her funeral service will follow at 7:15 at the funeral home. A private family burial service will take place at a later date in Saint Joseph Cemetery.
