Salem, NH: June H. (Belida) Mullin, 81, a resident of Salem since 1984 and formerly of Atkinson and Plaistow, died peacefully on Saturday evening, March 3, 2018 at High Pointe Hospice House, surrounded by her loving family.
Born and raised in Lowell, MA, daughter of the late Peter and Julia (Kopycinski) Belida, she was a member of the Lowell High School Class of 1954 and received her Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from the Massachusetts College of Art in 1958.
Mrs. Mullin worked as a freelance commercial artist and was employed for many years as an advertising layout artist by Grover Cronin Department Store in Waltham.
A longtime member of Holy Angels Parish and Saint Luke the Evangelist Parish, Mrs. Mullin was devoted to her family. She enjoyed crafts and shopping for her supplies and delighted in gifting many of her creations to her children and grandchildren. She especially enjoyed gardening and dining out with her husband, Bill and other members of her family.
She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her husband of fifty-nine years, William K. Mullin, two sons, William E. Mullin of Newton, and Wayne P. Mullin of Atkinson, a daughter and son-in-law Kimberly Ann (Mullin) and Paul Peterson of Chester, two grandchildren, Sean J. Peterson and Alexis A. Peterson, and a sister Dianne Sweeney of Hampstead.
Relatives and friends are invited to call on Wednesday, March 7, 2018 from 9 to 10 a.m. at Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home, 116 Main St., Plaistow. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10:30 a.m. in Holy Angels Church of Saint Luke the Evangelist Parish. Burial will be in the springtime in Holy Angels Cemetery.
