Danville, NH: Judith A. (Barnstein) Tavanese, 82, of Danville, NH, died on Friday, January 10, 2020, at the Blaire House of Tewksbury.
Born and raised in Haverhill, MA, she was the daughter of the late John and Flora (Dean) Barnstein, and was a graduate of Haverhill High School, Class of 1955. For over thirty years, she worked as an assembler at Lucent Technologies.
Judy was known to love fiercely and unconditionally and taking care of her family and friends was her greatest desire. As an avid Red Sox fan, she enjoyed traveling to away games with her husband Dan, to see them play at the other team's ballpark.
She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her husband, Daniel Tavanese, sons, Daniel Snow of Plaistow, NH, and Darren Snow of Rochester, NH, daughters, Suzanne King of Epping, NH, Carol Chaisson of Kingston, NH, and Beth Dube of Stratham, NH, stepsons, Joseph Tavanese of Medford, MA, and Daniel Tavanese of Shrewsbury, MA, stepdaughters, Lynne Smith of Medford, MA, and Patricia Carney of Medford, MA, brother, Jack Barnstein of Maine, sister, Cheryl Simmons of Newburyport, MA, nineteen grandchildren, twenty-one great grandchildren, one great-great granddaughter, and several nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by her son, Ronald Snow, Jr., and her sister, Carol Prescott.
Relatives and friends may attend calling hours on Saturday, January 18, 2020, form 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home, 116 Main St., Plaistow, NH. Her Funeral Service will follow at 5:15 PM in the funeral home.
