Lake Ronkonkoma, NY: Joseph W. "Joey D" Dufour, 72, of Lake Ronkonkoma, NY and formerly of Haverhill, MA, died on May 24, 2015.

Born in Haverhill, MA, the son of Thomas and Amelia (Richard) Dufour, he attended St. Joseph Grammar School and Haverhill High School. Mr. Dufour resided in Lake Ronkonkoma, NY where he worked as a bartender at Farrell's Tavern, and he also worked as a clerk for Pathmark Grocery in Centereach, NY.

Mr. Dufour was a member of the former St. Joseph Parish, Haverhill, MA and UFCW Local 1500. An avid Red Sox and New England Patriots fan, he enjoyed collecting Elvis Presley memorabilia.

He is survived by a daughter, Pamela Dufour of Connecticut; a sister and brother-in-law, Constance and James Morgan of Rye, NH and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

There are no calling hours. A private graveside service will be held in St. Joseph Cemetery, Haverhill, MA. Arrangements are under the direction of Berube-Comeau Funeral Home, 47 Broadway, Haverhill, MA.
