Johnnie Ray Bavousett - Atkinson

Age 74 of Atkinson, passed away peacefully on February 2, 2013 at Exeter Hospital, with his son George "Sonny" at his side. John was born on May 18, 1938 in Loving, TX the son of the late Gordon and Verna (Green) Bavousett.



John led a full and busy life as a trucker, mechanic and all around "Jack of all trades". He was also a master mason, but most of all, he was a loving husband, father, papa and uncle.



He was predeceased by his wife, Joyce (Gibbs), his son, Johnnie Jr. (Scooter), his brother, Lee, his sister-in-law, Tommie Sue, three grandchildren, Joel Emro II, Timothy Paul Emro and Todd Emro. He is survived by his sister, Margaret Parks, his brother-in-law, George Gibbs and wife Betty, his children; Michael Bavousett, Joy (Bryce) Teeple, Joel Emro and wife Tracy, Jack Emro and wife Joyce, Robin Stowe, George "Sonny" Emro, Thomas Emro and Russell Vickery. Many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and nieces also survive him. He was loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.



Family and friends are invited to call on Thursday February 7, 2013 from 4 - 5:45 PM at Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home 116 Main Street (Rt. 121A) in Plaistow Village, NH 03865. Funeral Services will follow the calling hours at the funeral home at 6:00 PM. Spring burial will take place in Atkinson Cemetery.
