John F. Morse Jr, age 73, of Kingston, NH passed away on Sunday, February 11, 2024 at his home. He was the husband of Josephine (Ward) Morse with whom he shared 50 wonderful years of marriage.

He was born in Worcester, MA on February 10, 1951 and was the son of the late John F. and Frances (Smith) Morse.

A graduate of Lynn Classical High School class of 1969, John attended Salem State College, and Mass College of Art, graduating in 1983, later he attended Boston University to pursue a career in technology. John worked as a technician and network administrator for Pentucket and Masconomet Regional Schools.

John enlisted in the US Army in 1969 and served in South Korea, he ended his service in ft Devens in 1972.

John had many passions including Photography, Films, Technology, Science Fiction, Space, Art, and Music. He was a true renaissance man with a knack for mechanical and technical repair. He had a passion for learning and loved sharing his knowledge.

John was always good for a laugh, his dry sarcastic humor knew no bounds.

Besides his wife John is survived by his children Emily and Michael,  his daughter in law Jessica  and his grandchildren Violet and Cooper who were his greatest joy.

Funeral service will be held at Greenlawn Cemetery Nahant, MA at 11AM on Friday February 16th, Followed by a celebration of life at Knights of Columbus 17 Relay Yard, Nahant, MA afterwards.
