Jocelyn M. Plummer, 34, a resident of Weare, NH, passed away on Wednesday, October 28, 2026 at Lahey Hospital in Burlington, MA surrounded by her loving family.

She was born in Salem, MA on October 9, 1992 and was the daughter of Katrina Nippert and David Plummer. Raised in Merrimac, MA, Jocelyn was a proud alumna of Pentucket High School. She dedicated her career as a program activities director to enriching the lives of the senior living community. Her passion for animals was boundless, with her dog Daphne and horse TJ holding special places in her heart. Jocelyn thrived in the great outdoors, finding joy in camping, music, and imparting her wisdom as a skilled riding instructor.

Jocelyn is survived by her parents Katrina Nippert and her partner Tom Giardina of Weare, NH, and David Plummer and his wife Bonnie of North Port, FL, her brothers Nathaniel Plummer of Weare, NH, Joshua Sundstrom and his wife Ashley of Newton, NH, Adam Burley and his partner Pamela Starkie of Taunton, MA and Ryan Pelletier of Hooksett, NH, her significant other Timothy Wooster of Concord, NH, her nephews Martin Plummer, Jameson Pelletier, her nieces Hadley Sundstrom, Hazel Sundstrom, and Emily Pelletier. She also leaves behind many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Family and friends are invited to attend calling hours on Thursday, November 5, 2026 from 11am – 1pm. A funeral service will follow in the funeral home chapel at 1:15pm.
