Joanne Chabot, 94, of Kingston NH, passed Wednesday, December 25, 2024, in Brentwood, NH. Born in Kingston, NH, she was the daughter of the late Wilbur and Dorothy (Towne) Clark.

Joanne had many talents and hobbies; among those were cake decorating, square and belly dancing and she successfully ran two marathons. Joanne also loved and enjoyed walking dogs. Above all else, family was most important to her.

She was predeceased by her loving husband Henry R. J. Chabot. Joanne will be sadly missed by sons Wayne Gove and his wife Margaret M. of Hampstead, NH, Jeffrey Gove and his wife Kanang of Nederland, CO; daughters Suzanne Butt and significant other Robert Noel of Kingston, NH, Dorothy Norman and her husband John of Newton, NH; stepson David Chabot and his wife Lora Lee of Manassas, VA; stepdaughter Julie Censullo and her husband Paul of Atkinson, NH; Grandchildren Cynthia Tilton and her husband Kurt, Jamie Mainville and her husband Chris and Jeremy Gove and his wife Sara; great grandchildren Brian, Willow, Faith, Evy, Galahad, Talia and Gideon. She is also survived by three great great grandchildren. In addition to her husband, Joanne was also predeceased by a stepson Richard Chabot, stepdaughters Mary Calderone and Karen Chabot; and sisters Priscilla Cook and Francis E. Gove.

Family and friends are invited to attend calling hours on Monday, January 6, 2025, from 1pm-3pm at the Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home 116 Main St. Plaistow, NH. Her funeral service will follow at 3:30pm in the funeral home chapel. Burial will take place in the spring at Pine Grove Cemetery.
