Haverhill, MA:  Joan L. (Pare) Beauregard, 87, a native and lifelong resident of Haverhill, died peacefully on Friday, May 17, 2024, at Baker-Katz Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, surrounded by her loving family.

The daughter of the late Albert and Marie (Banville) Pare, Joan attended St. Joseph Grammar School and Presentation of Mary Academy, Hudson, NH, graduating with the Class of 1955. She later attended Northern Essex Community College.

Joan was employed for many years as a quality auditor at Western Electric Co., AT & T Technologies and Lucent Technologies until her retirement. She was a member of All Saints Parish, the former Saint Joseph Parish and the Saint Joseph Bowling League.

A devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, Joan was an accomplished cook and enjoyed creating a warm and loving home for her family. She enjoyed trips to Aruba and Las Vegas, cruises, and camping with her family in the White Mountains of NH, and summer trips to Ogunquit, ME. Often, she would be seen around the area out for a drive with her devoted husband of sixty-five years, Richard. She also enjoyed ceramics, knitting, crocheting, needlepoint, gardening and being outdoors.

She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her husband Richard E. Beauregard, a daughter and son-in-law, Pamela M. and William Hanagan of Haverhill, three grandchildren, Adam Hanagan and his wife Danielle, John Dee and Taylor Dee; four great-grandchildren: Brody, Mariah, Vivian and Benjamin, and several nieces, nephews and extended family. She was predeceased by her grandson, Sean Hanagan, her son, Albert J. Beauregard, her daughter, Karen A. Beauregard and a sister, Shirley (Pare) (Schena) Rosatone.
