Plaistow --- Jeremiah "Jay" John Fogg 45, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, December 31, 2021.

Born on February 9, 1976 to the late Robert Lowell and Sharon (Demers) Fogg in Methuen, Massachusetts. Raised and educated in the Merrimack Valley, he worked as a tradesman for several companies over the years.

Jay was a true outdoorsman and enjoyed spending time in nature. He could often be found fishing at his favorite fishing holes. Above, all spending time with his friends and family was most important.

Jay will be dearly missed.

Jay is survived by his brother, Robert Fogg and his wife, Nancy of Laconia; niece, Brittany Black and her husband, Bryan of Townsend, Ma; Great- nieces, Grace and Mackenzie; Uncle, Bob of Lowell and late Aunt, Sheila Dinicola; Uncle, David Rousseau of Dracut; Aunt, Deborah Beausoleil of Dracut; close Cousins, Tina, Tabatha, Tara, Tarsha, Bobby, Joey, David, Hailey.

Services will be private.
