Sharpe

Danville, NH: Sadly, Jean E. (Clark) Sharpe, 71, of Danville NH passed away on Wednesday, January 8, 2025, at High Pointe Hospice House, Haverhill, MA, after an unexpected medical emergency a week prior.
Jean was born on July 28,1953 to Jennie (Cartier) and Charles Clark in Haverhill, MA. Jean graduated from Pinkerton High School in 1971 and went on to study Secretarial Science at Castle College.
After graduating with her associate's degree, Jean worked at Gare Inc in the financial department for many years. There she met her husband, Robert, in 1989. Jean and Robert married in 1992 and went on to have their daughter, Nicole, in 1993. She also worked as a paraeducator at Timberlane Regional High School until retiring in 2019
Jean was predeceased by her parents, Charles and Jennie, and her two brothers and spouses, Everett and Gert Clark and Allen and Audrey Clark. She is survived by her husband, Robert Sharpe, her daughter, Nicole Sweeny, her son-in-law, Jeff Sweeny, and her two granddaughters, Quinn and Nora Sweeny, all of Sandown. Jean also leaves behind cousins who have always felt more like siblings, Karen Turcotte, Glen Clark and Kerry Clark, along with an abundance of other relatives including cousins, nieces, nephews, and a number of friends.
Jean was a quiet and humble soul who would do anything for family. During her younger years, she enjoyed riding her motorcycle, skiing during snow days, and horseback riding. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother and especially loved spending her time taking care of her two granddaughters. She was a hard worker who was patient, kind, helpful and dedicated. She had a love for animals, especially horses, and eventually for every animal her husband brought home. She enjoyed travelling and camping with her family and adventuring on any day trips her husband, daughter or cousin may have planned. She also enjoyed sewing, playing solitaire, napping on the couch with her two oversized lap dogs, watching her favorite movies, dancing to her favorite music when she thought nobody was watching and spending time with friends and family.
