Jay DeSalvo, 60, a resident of Plaistow, NH died on Saturday, January 3, 2025 at his home. He was the husband of the late Betty Gail (Saltmarsh) DeSalvo.

He was born in Woburn, MA on November 24, 1966 and was the son of the late Paul and Shirley (Keene) DeSalvo. He was raised in Plaistow, NH and attended Timberlane High School in Plaistow, NH, and NHTI Community College in Concord, NH

Jay enjoyed music of all genres, vehicles, sports, all things mechanical, and going to events with friends and family. In his heart, Jay was a family man, who believed that family was precious, and that it should be treasured where you have it.
He was also a man of simple wants and needs. He believed that you should try to face every day with a positive attitude and be willing to allow happiness to come from wherever it may.

He will be fondly remembered for his open heart, his social nature, his go-getter energy, and his support for his loved ones.

Jay is survived by his sons Benjamin Adam Freeman DeSalvo of Plaistow, NH and Kadin Wilson of Strafford, NH, his siblings Paul DeSalvo, of Plaistow, NH; Elaine Doucette, and Laura Schwarzer.

His funeral services and interment will be held privately.
