Born in New York City, NY son of Thomas J. Linzey and Sharyn (Littner) Linzey, Jared was raised and educated in Haverhill.
J
ared was a self employed carpenter and worked for local contractors including 3-D Additions and Renovations of Wilmington. He enjoyed music and was known as "DJ Jayreed". He was an avid Celtics fan. He also enjoyed following the Red Sox, Bruins, and Patriots.

He is survived by his father, Thomas J. Linzey of Derry, NH, his mother, Sharyn (Littner) Linzey of Haverhill, his brother and future sister-in-law, Gregory E. Linzey and Samantha Allard of Manchester, NH, sister and brother-in-law, Bethany R. and Aaron Marshall of Madbury, NH, maternal grandmother, Katherine Littner of Brooklyn, NY, two nieces, Tiffany Marshall and Abbey Marshall, a nephew Christopher Marshall, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Friends and relative may call on Thursday, August 1, 2013 from 5-7 p.m. at Brookside Chapel and Funeral Home, 116 Main Street, Route 121A, Plaistow, NH. A Funeral Service will follow at 7:15 p.m. at the funeral home.
