Jane Frances (Ingham) Christopher, 99, of Atkinson, New Hampshire, passed away on Sunday June 21, 2026, at Greystone Farm, in Salem, New Hampshire. A beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and longtime community member.

Born and educated in Haverhill, Massachusetts, Jane was the daughter of the late, James and Helen (Ouellette) Ingham, and was a graduate of Haverhill High School, Class of 1945.

Jane was employed at Western Electric in North Andover, MA where she worked in the “Crystal Labs” for 35 years till her retirement. A member of Saint Luke the Evangelist Parish and the former Holy Angels Parish of Plaistow. Jane was an avid Red Sox and New England Patriots fan. Her family was the most important part of her life and loved spending time with family and friends. Jane spent twenty plus winters at her home in Northport, Florida and enjoyed reading, entertaining, motorcycles, snowmobiling and traveling with her beloved husband, Al. Jane was also a six-time cancer survivor as a testament to her strength a courage.

Jane will be sadly missed but always in the heart of her daughter, Jean Blackadar of Atkinson, New Hampshire, sister-in-law, Mary Wyka of Newburyport, Massachusetts, grandchildren, James Blackadar and his partner Nancy Harris and Scott Blackadar, of Atkinson, great-grandchildren, Seth, Troy, Molly, and Matt Blackadar. Jane was predeceased by her dear husband of seventy years, Alfred Christopher.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to Jane’s Funeral Service, on Wednesday July 1, 2026, at 10:00 AM, at the Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home, 116 Main Street, Plaistow, NH. Burial to follow at Saint Patrick Cemetery, 395 North Broadway, Haverhill, MA,.
