Atkinson, NH: Jamie F. Vallant, 65, of Atkinson died on August 13, 2015 at Exeter Hospital following a long illness.

Born in Haverhill, MA and raised in Haverhill and Plaistow, daughter of the late James F. and Beatrice (Sacmporino) Vallant, she attended local school. Jamie earned an Associate's Degree in Mental Health Science from Northern Essex College and was employed as a Certified Nursing Assistant for D's Nursing Services in Haverhill.

She is survived by her son, U.S Army Sergeant Douglas J. Vallant and his wife Melissa of Tacoma, Washington, her daughter, Michelle R. Vallant of Haverhill, MA, her life partner, Stuart R. Miller of Atkinson, five grandchildren, Kaylee Dipietro, Samuel Acosta, James Vallant, Arianna Vallant, and Selena Vallant, several brothers, sisters, nieces, and nephews.

There are no funeral services. Arrangements are under the direction of Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home, 116 Main Street, Plaistow, NH.
