IN LOVING MEMORY OF
James A.
Moriarty
December 5, 1958 – February 25, 2021
James A. Moriarty, Sr., 62, favorably known as Jimbo, passed away in his home on Thursday, February 25, 2021.
A Kingston, NH resident for 25 years, Jimbo was born in Lawrence, MA and grew up in Andover, MA. Jimbo worked in North Andover, MA at the Lucent Technologies building for 40 years before retiring last October 2020.
Jimbo was known to be the life of the party and will be greatly missed for his sense of humor - always having a joke for anyone who'd listen to him. He loved Harley Davidson motorcycles and never missed an opportunity to celebrate bike week in Laconia, NH every summer. Jimbo will be remembered as a loving, generous father, brother, uncle and friend. His legacy will live on in the hearts and minds of everyone who met him.
Jimbo was predeceased by both his parents and his loving wife, Beth A. Moriarty. Jimbo is survived by his two children: James (Jimmy) A. Moriarty, Jr and Samantha Moriarty of Kingston, NH. He is also survived by his brother David and wife Cindy Moriarty of Lawrence, MA and sister Jackie and husband Wes Jones of Dallas, TX, along with several nieces, nephews, in-laws and many many friends.
A celebration of life in his honor will be held later this year.
