Sun City West, Arizona: James O. Grieco, 77, a former longtime resident of Haverhill, MA died on August 20, 2014 at the Del E. Webb Hospital in Sun City West.

Born in Nashua, NH, Mr. Grieco was raised and educated in Haverhill. Son of the late Frank & Jeanette (Duchemin) Grieco, he graduated from Haverhill High School with the class of 1954. Mr. Grieco served in the United States Air Force. Following his honorable discharge he attended Lowell Tech in Lowell MA, followed by Merrimack College, where he received a Bachelor's Degree in electrical engineering. He worked his entire career in North Andover for Western Electric, Bell Labs, and Lucent Technologies.

He was predeceased by his sister, Beatrice Landry, his brother, Pasquale Grieco, and his grandson, Brent Jeffries, and is survived by his wife, Jean Foley-Grieco, of Sun City West AZ, his daughter and son-in-law, Lynne and Brian Jeffries of Plaistow NH, his son and daughter-in-law, Michael Grieco and Lisa Campbell of Arlington VA, his step-children Catherine Foley and Paul Foley, his brother, John Robbins of Arizona, his sister, Joan Havey of Hancock ME, seven grandchildren, Kurt Jeffries, Kelsey Jeffries, Molly Grieco, Matthew Grieco, Megan Grieco, Kevin Grieco and Ellie Grieco, and several nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends may call on Sunday, September 7, 2014 from 4 to 7 p.m. at Brookside Chapel and Funeral Home, 116 Main Street, Plaistow, NH.
