Her favorite times were camping on the Kancamangus, summers on the Ossipee River at the A-frame, or at Hills Beach with her family and winters in Florida. She had a lifetime appreciation of nature, especially of butterflies. She could very often be seen wearing one of her vast collection of butterfly pins. A devout Catholic, she was a longtime and active member of of All Saints Parish and the former Saint Joseph Parish, where she was a member of the parish choir and prayer group and served as a Eucharistic Minister along with her husband Edward.
Jacqueline was predeceased by the love of her life Edward F. "Eddie" Bouvier in 2005 after fifty-eight years of marriage, also a brother Alcide Taillon and sisters, Lorraine Ellis, Rita Mitchell, Geraldine MacLeod and Jeannette Parker. A loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend, she will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her son and daughter-in-law, Robert E. and Kathleen Bouvier of Plaistow, a granddaughter, Dr. Melissa B. Root, and her husband Adam of Newbury, a sister Annette Parker and her husband Joseph of Haverhill, many nieces, nephews and godchildren, and special nieces, Mary Ann and Sue, who took time out of their lives to take their "Aunt Jackie" shopping, dining, or on travel adventures.
