Jack Callahan passed away peacefully at his home in Fremont, NH on January 11th, 2024, at the age of 67 after a courageous battle with Renal Cell Cancer. Jack was born on September 18th, 1956, in Salem NH where he graduated with the class of 1975.

He was the son of the late Frank Callahan and Margaret (McMahon) Callahan. Jack married the love of his life and best friend Trish (Bowden) Callahan on April 21st, 1991. They built their home and life together in Fremont, NH. Jack and Trish were blessed to share 40 years of great adventures together.  A few of their favorite things to do together were traveling to away Patriots games, vacationing on Caribbean islands, and playing golf.

Jack owned Jack Callahan Building and Remodeling LLC and was a general contractor that enjoyed his work. He was well known for his craftsmanship and how hard he worked.

Jack was called a "Good Man" that truly loved life with a jolly contagious laugh and the best sense of humor which will be missed by all that knew him. He also had many interests including golf, auto racing, going to car shows, watching all the Boston sports teams, collecting and working on cars, and drinking a cold beer with his friends. He could fix anything, even built his own rat rod from an old 1937 pick-up.

Jack is survived by his loving wife Trish Callahan, and their family, which he loved deeply and enjoyed spending time with. He was also blessed to have many lifelong friends.

Family & friends are invited to attend visiting hours on Friday January 19, 2024, 4-7 pm at Brookside Chapel, 116 Main Street Plaistow, NH. A Funeral service will follow at the chapel at 7:15pm.

Jack will be laid to rest at the Atkinson Cemetery in the Spring when they reopen.
