Plaistow-Helen F. Fram 99, of Main Street, passed away on Saturday, January 8, 2022 with her loving family by her side.

Born August 4, 1922 in Haverhill, Massachusetts, to the late Charles and Irene (Demarais) Doucette. From an early age, Helen became a skilled homemaker, helping care for her younger siblings. This fostered her love for a bountiful family. Helen aided in running an antique business as well as a catering business with the father of her children. In her younger years, she enjoyed teaching dance in New York City.

Helen was a devoted mother and grandmother. She enjoyed spending time with her loving family. She especially enjoyed yard-saling and antiquing with family and friends, as well as cooking for those she cared for.

Helen is survived by four sons, Brian Fram of North Conway, Chris Fram of Plaistow, Craig Fram of Exeter and Frank Magri of North Carolina; three daughters, Helen Nault and her husband, Steve of Newton, Linda Doucette of Northwood and Carol Rapaglia; eighteen grandchildren; two brothers, Donald Doucette of Florida and Edward Doucette of Vermont and numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

There will be no calling hours per Helen's wishes.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Holy Angels Church of St. Luke The Evangelist Parish 8 Atkinson Depot Road, Plaistow, NH on Tuesday, January 18, 2022 at 10am.

Burial will follow in the family lot at Maplewood Cemetery, Plaistow.
