Fremont, NH: Gordon Wesley Casey Jr., 87, of Fremont, NH, and formerly of Sandown and Rochester, New Hampshire, died Wednesday February 15, 2017, at his home in Fremont NH. Born in Rochester NH, he attended Spaulding High School, and graduated with the Class of 1947. Gordon was employed as a Pipefitter at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard in Portsmouth NH, for over 20 years, after serving his country for 4 years in the U.S. Air Force as a Stock Record Clerk from 1947 to 1951.

Gordon Jr. was the son of the late Gordon W. Casey, and Catherine (Trafton) Casey, and is sadly missed, and lovingly remembered by his daughter Kim Naimo and husband David Liberatore of Andover MA, granddaughter Jillian Naimo, of Somerville, MA. and grandson Kyle Boesch, of Andover MA., as well as several cousins. He was predeceased by his wife Viola (Cantin) Casey in 1998

Gordon was a lifetime member of the United Methodist Church, a member of the Elks Club, and American Legion in Rochester, and his many interests and hobbies included the saxophone, dancing, fishing, Bingo, playing cards, and was an avid sports fan. Family and friends may call on Monday February 20 ^th , 2017 from 4-7:00 pm at Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home , 116 Main Street Plaistow, NH., with a funeral service to follow on Tuesday February 21 ^st , 2017 at St. Matthews Church in Sandown NH at 10:00 am. A springtime burial will be held at a later date in Gonic NH, at the Mt. Calvary Cemetery with military honors.
