Epping, NH: Gerald P. Kelley, 71, of Epping died on March 24, 2016 at Lawrence General Hospital.
Born in Winchester, MA, and raised and educated in Merrimac, MA, son of the late Walter J. and Ursula M. (Smith) Kelley, Mr. Kelley served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War and was a recipient of the National Defense Service Medal. He received his Associates Degree in Business from Hesser College and was employed as a truck driver for Busby Construction, from where he retired.
Mr. Kelley enjoyed gold panning, fishing, and flying radio controlled model aircraft.
He was predeceased by his son, B.J. Dionne in 2013 and his daughter Rebecca Moratty in 2011, and is survived by two sons, Billy Dionne of Newton, NH, and Kevin Moratty of Salisbury, two daughters, Heather Kelley and her partners Bobbi-Jo and Nick Cefalo of Haverhill, and Sherry Dionne of Kingston, and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend A Celebration of Life on Saturday, April 9 from 12 noon to 3 p.m. at the VFW Post 29, 64 Kenoza Avenue, Haverhill, MA.
