Genowefa (Przybysz) Rogon, 103, of Lawrence, MA, former long-time resident of Haverhill, MA, passed away on Wednesday October 20, 2021, at Lawrence General Hospital.

Born in Poland on November 7, 1917, she was the daughter of the late Adam and Alexandra (Rostkowska) Przybysz. Genowefa came to the United States of America sixty-six years ago and settled in Haverhill where she worked at Goldberg Bros. as a fancy stitcher for many years until her retirement. She was a member of St. Michael's Church and All Saints Parish in Haverhill.

She is survived by her loving daughter, Helen Cavanaugh, whom she lived with after her declining health, granddaughters, Jennifer Cavanaugh of Lawrence, and Tammy Nelson and her husband, Darren of Fremont, NH, great grandchildren, Marissa Cavanaugh, Chole and Cody Nelson.

She was predeceased by her husband, Paul Rogon, who died August 6, 1976 and her loving son, John Rogon in 2011.

Services for Genowefa will be private.
