Gary R. Forcier, age 56 of Danville, died on Wednesday, April 9, 2014 following a long courageous battle with cancer.

Gary was born on August 1, 1957 in Lawrence, MA the son of Robert and Rosemary (Tremblay) Forcier. He was raised and educated in Methuen, MA.

His passions were spending time with family, his adored pets and playing video games with his son Bill.

Following high school, Gary served his country in the U.S. Army Tank Division and was honorably discharged.

He received his A.A. from Northern Essex Community College in Business Administration.

Gary worked many years for the Massachusetts Electric Company in several different capacities.

He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Karen of Danville, NH, his son, Bill Forcier of Danville, NH, his mother, Rosemary Forcier of Newburyport, MA. His brothers, Greg Forcier and his wife, Donna of Methuen, MA and Paul Forcier and his wife, Marcia of Middleton, MA. His sister, Anne-Marie Hart and her husband, Bill of Newburyport, MA. Several nieces, nephews, Aunts, uncles and Cousins also survive him.

Friends and family are invited to call on Sunday, April 13, 2014 from 2 - 4:00 PM. Funeral services will follow the visitation at 4:15 PM at Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home, 116 Main Street (Rt. 121A) in Plaistow, NH 03865.
