East Hampstead, NH: Gail M. (Nyberg) DeRusha, 85, of East Hampstead, died January 16, 2017 at Exeter Hospital.

Born in Hopkinton, NH, daughter of the late Russell and Edna (Tibbetts) Nyberg, she attended schools in Hopkinton and later Haverhill High School.

Mrs. DeRusha was a house wife and homemaker for her late husband and her children and also enjoyed hand work, fishing and hunting.

She was a member of the East Hampstead Union Church and a former member of the Hampstead Congregational Church.

Predeceased by her husband Robert DeRusha in 2003, she will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Judith DeRusha of Danville, and daughters and son-in-law, Nanette and Shawn Perry of Fremont, and Michele Morgan of Greenland, a brother Richard Nyberg of Danville, eight grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Private family funeral services were held on Friday evening, January 20, 2017 at Brookside Chapel & Funeral home, 116 Main St., Plaistow. A private family burial service will take place at a later date in Maplewood Cemetery, Plaistow. In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial donations be made to East Hampstead Union Church, 225 East Main ST, P.O.Box 109, East Hampstead, NH .
