Kingston, NH: Freida M. (D'Antonio) Lefevre, 83, a resident of Kingston since 1999, died Thursday, December 18, 2025, at Lahey Hospital and Medical Center in Burlington, MA. Born, raised and educated in Lawrence, Massachusetts, she was the daughter of the late Peter and Mary L. (Piazza) D'Antonio. Freida began her working career as a hairdresser employed for twenty-five years at Coiffeurs by Philip. She was also a professional ballroom dancer employed at Ken Silva's Dance Studio in Lowell, MA and was a world champion in the foxtrot competition.
In her later years, Freida and her husband Robert were the co-owners of R. Philip Technologies, an aerospace company in Lawrence. She enjoyed traveling and following retirement lived for twelve years in Punta Carnero, Ecuador, before returning to the area three years ago. She was married for thirty-nine years to the love of her life, Robert P. Lefevre, an engineer and former member of the U.S. Air Force.
In addition to her devoted husband Robert, she is survived by her son Robert G. Pellegrino, Jr. and his wife Iryna, of Kingston, a daughter Patricia A. Newman of Kingston, NH, two brothers, Phil D'Antonio and Sam D'Antonio, both of North Andover, a sister Sue Compton of Maryland, a granddaughter, Ashley Lefevre, and two grandsons Quentin Pellegrino and Ryan Belanger.
Relatives and friends are invited to calling hours to be held on Sunday evening, January 4, 2026, from 4 to 6 p.m. at Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home 116 Main St., Plaistow, NH.
