Haverhill, MA: Fred Carlton Chick, 94, of Haverhill, and a former longtime resident of Atkinson, NH, died Friday, September 2, 2022 at High Pointe Hospice House in Haverhill.

Born in Framingham, MA, son of the late Fred and Ruth (Marshall) Chick, he was raised and educated in Medfield, attending local public schools. Fred was employed at Western Electric and AT&T Technologies as a Machine Setter for most of his working career until his retirement. He was a member of the Communications Worker of America, AFL/CIO and the Telephone Pioneers of America, and also attended the Atkinson Congregational Church.

Predeceased in 2021 by his loving and devoted wife of seventy-one years, June (Eastman) Chick, he will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his daughter and son-in-law, Debra and Daniel Kissel of Plaistow, two grandsons, Zachary Adam Kissel and his significant other, Wendy and Jason Michael Kissel, a great grandson, Cody Kissel and several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by sisters, Mildred and Myrtle and brothers, Robert, Francis, and Marshall.  His remaining brother, Graham, resides in NH.
