Haverhil, MA: Frank W. Cairns, 73, of Haverhill, MA, died on September 25, 2019, at Boston Medical Center.
Born in Methuen, MA, he was the son of the late Walter and Rita (Deroches) Cairns. For thirty-nine years he worked for Torromeo Industries of Methuen. Most of those years he was Plant Manager at the Kingston, NH location.

A lifetime member of the Plaistow Fish and Game Club, Frank was an avid outdoorsman and naturist. He enjoyed camping, fishing, and hunting at his favorite location, Mary Mountain in Freedom, NH. He loved to feed the birds in his yard and battle back the squirrels. Frank was also well known for his skill of smoking meats, like ribs, pulled pork, and salmon, and more recently woodworking, particularly making signs. In his younger years he enjoyed riding motorcycles and traveling. Above all, Frank loved his family, and the New England Patriots were a very close second place.

He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his son Kenneth Cairns and his wife Katherine of Manchester, NH, daughters Cheryl St. Louis and her significant other Steve Chaisson of Derry, NH, Tammy Peters and her husband Mark of Raymond, NH, brother Walter Cairns and his wife Nancy of Brooksville, FL, grandchildren Jessica, Kenneth, Justin, Amanda, Shane, Kyle, and Michael, great grandchildren Jaelynn, Haley, Michelle, Weston, Bernard, and Charlotte, fiance' Karen Bell of Hverhill, MA. He was predeceased by his wife Carol (Bucuzzo) Cairns.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to Frank's Life Celebration on Monday September 30, 2019, from 4 to 7 PM at Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home, 116 Main St., Plaistow, NH. His funeral service will begin at 7:15 PM in the funeral home.
