Plaistow, NH: Ernest A. Reynolds, 83, a former longtime resident of Plaistow, died July 5, 2017 at Holy Family Hospital in Methuen.

Born in Newton, NH, son of the late Herbert E. Reynolds and the late Dorothy (White) (Reynolds) Shaw, he attended schools in Haverhill and graduated from the former Haverhill Trade School in 1952.

Mr. Reynolds was a Quality Control Supervisor employed at Western Electric Co,  A T& T Technologies and Lucent Technologies until his retirement.

He was a member of All Saints Parish of Haverhill, The Haverhill Horseshoe League and bowling leagues at Saint Joseph Bowling Lanes, Academy Lanes and Pilgrim Lanes in Haverhill. He also enjoyed camping, fishing and playing Pool.

The husband of Lillian (Dodier) Reynolds, who predeceased him in 2014, he will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his two sons, Ernest C. Reynolds and his wife Janice of Haverhill, and Mark A. Reynolds of Haverhill and his significant other Linda Eason of Plaistow, grandchildren James Reynolds of Seabrook, NH, Patrick Reynolds of Haverhill and great grandchildren Ethan and Elliott Reynolds, Clayton Broderick and Kristopher Santos, a sister Gail and several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by a grandson Christopher G. Broderick and several brothers.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Ernie's Life Celebration to be held on Monday, July 10, 2017 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home, 116 Main St., Plaistow. His funeral service will follow at 1:15 p.m. in the funeral home commencing with burial in Saint Joseph Cemetery, Haverhill.
