Haverhill: Emelda I. (Arsenault) Mowbray, 90, of Haverhill, died peacefully on Sunday, December 1, 2024 at Hannah Duston Long Term Healthcare Center, with her family by her side.
Born in Moncton, NB, Canada, she was the daughter of the late Edmund and Matilda (Meunier) Arsenault and attended local schools. She met and married Patrick J. A longtime member of All Saints Parish and the former Saint Joseph Parish, Emelda was an avid reader and enjoyed playing cards, Bingo and trips to Foxwoods. Devoted to her large family, she was known as "Mem" by anyone who knew her and had a gracious smile and "laughing French eyes".

Mowbray, she will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by a son and daughter-in-law, Edmund P. and Anna Maria Mowbray, of Bedford, NH, a daughter and son-in-law, Judy M. and Michael Noury of Bradford, and a daughter Rachel Bergeron of Ste.
