Bradford, MA:  Elaine E. (Murphy) Ouellette, 94, of Meredith, NH, and a former longtime resident of South Webster Street in Bradford, died Friday, June 10, 2022, in Meredith, NH.

Born in Haverhill, Massachusetts, daughter of the late Michael and Marion (Martel) Murphy, she grew up in Saint James Parish and attended Saint James Grammar School. Mrs. Ouellette was employed as a young woman at Western Electric Co. of Haverhill and later at the Ward Hill Belt Co.

A devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Mrs. Ouellette was a longtime member of Sacred Hearts Parish. She excelled at being a housewife and homemaker, and creating a warm and loving home home for her family. She also helped to care for her parents in their later years, and maintained a strong and loving connection with her siblings. An accomplished pianist and vocalist, she also enjoyed sewing, cooking, baking and crafts.

Predeceased in 2006 by her husband, Roland Ouellette and in 2008 by her son, Michael C. Ouellette, she will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her daughter and son-in-law, Karen E and Rob Lavallee of Laconia, NH, a son and daughter-in-law, Wayne R. and Cynthia Ouellette of Georgetown, a daughter-in-law, Suzanne (Henderson) Ouellette of Plaistow, NH, grandchildren, Christopher Lavallee, Cory Lavallee, Danielle (Lavallee) Watts, Erin (Jacobs) Lamprey and Jeremy Ouellette; great-grandchildren, Madison Lavallee, Tyler Lavallee, Cody Lavallee, Luke Lavallee, and Noah Ouellette; and a sister, Connie Riley of Sebastian, Florida, and several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was also predeceased by a grand-daughter Michele Randi Ouellette, a brother and sister-in-law, Michael and Mary Murphy, a sister and brother-in-law, Jeannette and Ellsworth Thibodeau, and a brother-in-law, Walter Riley.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Mrs. Ouellette's Life Celebration to be held on Tuesday, June 14, 2022, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Berube-Comeau Funeral Home, 47 Broadway, Haverhill, MA. Her funeral will begin on Wednesday morning at 9 a.m. from the funeral with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in Sacred Hearts Church, South Main St., Bradford.
