Atkinson, NH: Elaine C. (Beauregard) Huberdeau, 72, a resident of Atkinson, NH since 2004, and formerly of Hilldale Avenue in Haverhill, MA died unexpectedly on Friday evening, August 20, 2021, with her loving husband by her side.

Elaine was born in Haverhill, Massachusetts, daughter of the late Paul A. Sr. and Caroline I. (Knight) Beauregard. She attended Saint Joseph Grammar School and graduated in 1966 from Haverhill High School. She married her high school sweetheart, Thomas R. Huberdeau, in 1967 and raised four beautiful daughters. They welcomed sons-in-law into their loving family and she was the proud "Memere" of eight beloved grandchildren.

As a young woman, she was employed at Raytheon but temporarily left the workforce to raise her children. She later worked for twenty years for the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles until her retirement.

Elaine was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She was a former member of Saint Joseph Parish of Haverhill, MA, and enjoyed sewing, knitting, and baking. She was happiest making a warm and loving home for her family. She also enjoyed traveling across the United States and Europe with her husband, with the highlight being her dream trip to Italy.  Her most cherished times were spent with her grandchildren, attending their special activities, graduations, and taking them on day trips; her favorite place to take them was to Ogunquit, ME.

Elaine will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her devoted husband of fifty-three years, Thomas R. Huberdeau; four daughters and sons-in-law, Amy C. and Frank Albanese of Bradford, MA, Laurie D. and Thomas Barlow of Plaistow, NH, Sarah E. and Ernest Gibbs of Sandown, NH and Beth E. and Mathew Leger of Haverhill, MA; eight grandchildren, Victoria and Olivia Albanese, Thomas and Nicole Pagnottaro, Jack Barlow, and Isabelle, Evelyn, and Sophie Leger; a sister, Diane Champagne of Atkinson, NH, two brothers and sisters-in-law, Richard and Joan Beauregard of Haverhill, MA, and Gary and Albina Beauregard of Amesbury, MA; as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was predeceased by a brother, Paul A. Beauregard, Jr. and his wife Helen; a sister, Barbara Northup; and a brother-in-law, David Champagne.

There will be no calling hours. A graveside service will take place on Friday, August 27, 2021, at 11 a.m. in Saint Joseph Cemetery, Haverhill, MA. Relatives and friends are invited to accompany the family in a procession to the cemetery by meeting in the parking lot of Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home, 116 Main St., Plaistow, NH on Friday morning at 10:45.
