Eileen Delia Logan, 73, of Bradford, MA, passed away peacefully on December 29, 2024, surrounded by her family. She was born in New York City on May 11, 1951, to the late Joan and Martin Logan. Eileen was raised in Midland Park, NJ before moving to Massachusetts to attend Merrimack College in North Andover, MA.
Eileen spent her career doing what she loved most-working with young children. She was a preschool teacher at Phillips Academy in addition to several schools in Lawrence, MA.
Eileen and her husband purchased Green Valley Farm, in Bradford, MA over 35 years ago, where they made their home surrounded by nature and animals. Her unshakable connection to Green Valley Farm brought her immense pride and joy, especially her flower gardens, beloved dogs, cat Jasper, and the hummingbirds that visited her garden.
She is survived by her husband of 52 years, David Tombarelli of Bradford, MA; her sister and brother-in-law, Jean and Richard Hansen of Hudson, NH; her cherished niece, Kristen Hansen of Hudson, NH; brother Brian Logan of Tucson, AZ and Aunt, Uncle and Several cousins.
A special thank you to all of Eileen's friends and neighbors who were so caring and helpful during this difficult time.
Eileen will always be remembered for her kindness, generosity, and sense of humor. She will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew her.
A celebration of Eileen's life will be held on Saturday, January 11, 2025, from 9:00am to 10:30am at the Berube-Comeau Funeral Home 47 Broadway, Haverhill, MA. Her funeral mass will follow at All Saints Parish, 120 Bellevue Avenue, Haverhill, MA, at 11:00am. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to Sweet Paws Rescue, at sweetpawsrescue.org an organization close to Eileen's heart. Burial will be private.
