Edwin G. "Jerry" Ellis, age 77, a resident of Salisbury, MA, died on Saturday, May 17, 2025, at Cedar View Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in Methuen, MA. He was the beloved husband of Dorothy "Dottie" (Stewart) Ellis for 31 years.

He was born in Chelsea, MA on July 28, 1947, and was the son of the late Edwin R. and Barbara (Brown) Ellis. He was raised and educated in Burlington, MA and was a graduate of Burlington High School, Class of 1966. Jerry owned and operated Donuts "N" More in Burlington, MA for several years. He later owned Ellis Security in Burlington, MA for over thirty years until his retirement. He was an avid golfer and loved his days at the Lake. Jerry will be dearly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

Besides his wife, Jerry is survived by his children Jerry Ellis Jr. and his wife Christine of Derry, NH, Christopher Ellis and his wife Crystal of Burlington, MA and Tyler Ellis of Salisbury, MA, step-daughter Michelle Sullivan of Wellington, FL and his grandchildren Aiden Ellis, Ryan Ellis, Connor Ellis, and Caitlin Ellis, his brother Douglas Ellis and his wife Amy of Burlington, MA. He also leaves behind several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services and interment will be held privately.
