September 20, 1936 - February 10, 2025

Edith Jackson, formerly of Atkinson, NH, passed away peacefully, leaving behind a rich legacy of love and cherished memories. Born on September 20, 1936, Edith was married to her beloved husband, David A. Jackson, for 70 wonderful years before his passing. She was also predeceased by her son, David Jackson. Edith was the daughter of Mr. And Mrs. Anzalone.

Edith is survived by her two devoted sons, Robert and James, along with their significant others. She is remembered fondly by her three sisters Kathy and her husband of Saugus, MA, Butterball and her husband of North Andover, and Patty of Reading. Her family also includes six grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild, all of whom brought immense joy to her life. Additionally, she leaves behind many nieces and nephews who will carry her memory forward.

With over 50 years in the restaurant industry, Edith was known for her incredible culinary skills, particularly her delicious Italian dishes. She treasured the times spent around the dinner table, where family gathered to enjoy her meals and share stories, laughter, and love.

Edith was a loving mother, sister, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Her warmth, kindness, and passion for cooking will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her spirit will live on in the hearts of her family and friends as they remember her nurturing nature and the joy she brought to their lives.

Family and friends are invited to attend calling hours from 10am – 12pm on Wednesday, February 19, 2025 at the Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home 116 Main St. Plaistow, NH. A graveside service will follow at 12:30pm at Maplewood Cemetery 23 Atkinson Depot Rd. Plaistow, NH.
