Berlin, NH:  Doris C. Sawtell, 77, passed away on Saturday, June 9 ^th , at the St. Vincent Nursing Home in Berlin, NH. Born on June 10th, 1940, Doris resided in and attended school in Haverhill, Mass. She was the daughter of Elmer C. Sawtell and Pauline L. (Howe) Sawtell. Doris retired from Raytheon in North Andover in 2003.

Doris relocated to Berlin to be near her close friends, Gloria and Pete Genna and their family. She will be fondly remembered for the beautiful crocheted baby sets she donated to local charities and hospitals.

Doris leaves behind her goddaughter, Karen Bretton Eldridge and godsons, Eric Bretton and Jerry Morse. Her extended family includes Donna Bretton and Ron Lanouette and family, Karen Bretton Eldridge and family, Gail and Mike Brown and family, Rhonda Simmons and family, Eric and Veronica Bretton and family and many, many friends who will miss her dearly.

A graveside service will be held on June 20th, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at the Linwood Cemetery in Haverhill. Donations in her memory may be made to the St. Vincent Nursing Home, 29 Providence Ave., Berlin NH 03570.
