Haverhill, MA: Donna L. (Bevin) Cote, 66, of Haverhill and formerly of Plaistow, NH, died on March 8, 2014 in Burlington, MA following a long illness.

Born in Lawrence, MA and raised and educated in Methuen and Haverhill, daughter of the late Donald Bevin and Edith (Siegel) (Bevin) Gath, she graduated from Haverhill High School. As a young woman, Mrs. Cote worked at Arlington Trust and AT&T Technologies. A devoted mother, she enjoyed being a homemaker.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Shaun M. and Melissa Cote of Plaistow, NH, daughter and son-in-law, Michelle R. and Jesse Silva of Lake Wales, FL, her mother, Edith Gath of Tewksbury, MA, brothers, Bruce Bevin, Dennis Gath, Ronnie Gath, and Jerry Gath, sisters, Karen Gath, Bonnie Guptill, Lorna Faye Gath, and Becky Fuller, six grandchildren, Faith Silva, David Silva, Chantel Cote, Amanda Azevedo, Ashley Cote, and Joshua Cote, two great grandchildren, Eva Azevedo and Xavier Pagan, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was predeceased by her brother, Wayne Gath.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a graveside service on Wednesday, March 12, 2014 at 12 noon at Highland Cemetery, Highland Street, Newton, NH.
