ATKINSON – Deborah E. (Wilson) McNulty, 72, wife of William C. McNulty, passed away on June 26, 2020, in Haverhill, MA.
Born on October 6, 1947, daughter of the late Roland and Jessie (Agnew) Wilson, and grew up living beside her grandparents and extended family in Haverhill, MA. She attended Sacred Hearts School during her elementary years and transferred to Knipe School in sixth grade where she met her future husband. She graduated from Haverhill High School in 1965.
She married her high school sweetheart, William, a year later on May 29, 1966. They lived in South Carolina during her husband's time in the Air Force where she gave birth to their first child, Gary. They bought their first house in Atkinson, NH and lived there together for forty-eight years, and she was a member of Holy Angels Church of Saint Luke the Evangelist Parish in Plaistow
Mrs. McNulty worked as a paralegal at the same law firm, MacGregor and Hart, in Haverhill for over forty years.
Her hobbies included reading, trying new recipes, and crossword puzzles. A devoted wife, mother and grandmother, she enjoyed spending time at her lake house in Meredith, NH on Lake Winnipesaukee as well as gardening, especially at her home on Fish Cove. She relished entertaining for holidays and special occasions with family and friends. She also enjoyed world travel and cruises, and getting together regularly with her high school friends.
Deborah is sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her husband of fifty-four years years, William C. McNulty, her two children, Gary McNulty of Pelham, Melissa McNulty of Plaistow, and her grandson, Liam McNulty of Plaistow.
Relatives and friends are invited to call on Wednesday, July 1, 2020 from 4 to 7 p.m. at Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home, 116 Main St., Plaistow, NH. Her funeral will be held on Thursday at 9 a.m. from the funeral home with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in Holy Angels Church of St. Luke the Evangelist Parish, 8 Atkinson Depot Rd., Plaistow. Burial will follow in Atkinson Cemetery. The family requests that donations in her name be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN.
