David W. Moss, 68, of Plaistow, New Hampshire, formerly of Methuen, Massachusetts, passed away peacefully, surrounded by loved ones, on Friday May 8, 2026, at Merrimack Health Methuen Hospital.

David was born on October 27, 1957, to the late, George and Ann (Milyaro) Moss, in Norfolk, Virginia, where his father was stationed at the time while serving in the U.S. Navy. David was a graduate of Methuen High School, Class of 1976, and Salem State College, Class of 1980. He worked at Wakefield-Vette in Nashua, New Hampshire for over twenty years and enjoyed golfing as a way to spend time with his good friends outdoors.

David was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, and uncle. He is survived by his loving wife of forty-four years, Lynneanne M. (Manikas) Moss, he also leaves behind his loving daughter, Holly Moss, loving son, Alexander Moss and his wife, Brooke (Baldassari) Moss, his cherished grandchildren, Ethan and Emma Moss. David is also survived by his loving twin brother, Donald Moss and his wife, Louise, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, a great-great nephew, and numerous friends. David is predeceased by his sisters, Virginia and Judy. His two dogs, Heidi and Abbey, won’t be the same without David.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to Calling Hours on Thursday May 14, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, at the Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home, 116 Main Street, Plaistow, New Hampshire. A Funeral Service will take place at 12:15 PM, at the Funeral Home, followed by interment at Ridgewood Cemetery, 177 Salem Street, North Andover, Massachusetts.
