Plaistow, NH: David G. Dyment, 59, of Plaistow died on Friday, February 21, 2014 at his home.
Born in Beverly, MA and raised and educated in Georgetown, MA, son of Gordon Dyment and the late Charlene (Spaulding) Dyment, he graduated from Georgetown High School and attended Haverhill Trade School.
Mr. Dyment worked as a self-employed carpenter for thirty-two years and was the owner and operator of David Dyment Carpentry.
An avid hunter and fisherman, he especially enjoyed camping with his family and cruising on his motorcycle with his friends.
He is survived by his wife of twenty-six years, Lauri (Mutka) Dyment, a son and daughter-in-law, James A. and Kimberly Dyment of Haverhill, MA, a daughter and son-in-law, Eileen D. and Brendon Hansen of Epping, his father, Gordon Dyment of Georgetown, MA, two sisters, Doreen Kukene and her husband Frank of Shelburne, and Joyce Dyment of Amesbury, MA, five grandchildren, Sierra, Cameron, Callie, Hunter, and Tyler, and nieces and nephews, Sherry, Paul, Albert, Alyssa, Travis, Jacob, and Candace.
Relatives and friends may call on Thursday, February 27, 2014 from 4 to 8 p.m. at Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home, 116 Main Street, Route 121A, Plaistow, NH 03865. The family requests casual attire or blue jeans. A graveside service will take place on Friday, February 28, 2014 at 10 a.m. at Harmony Cemetery, 17 Penn Brook Avenue, Georgetown, MA.
