Daniel N. Proulx, 75, a lifelong resident of Haverhill, MA passed away on Thursday, January 7, 2026 at his home. He was the beloved son of the late Jeannette (Dodier) and Alfred Proulx.

He was born in Haverhill, MA on September 16, 1950. Dan was a graduate of Central Catholic in Lawrence. He worked for several years at Giant Value Supermarket and later was employed at Lucent Technologies in North Andover. Dan enjoyed coaching two generations of Haverhill Baseball and he was always an avid baseball, football, and hockey fan.

Dan is survived by his sisters Michelle Conti and Donna Egan.

He was sadly predeceased by his brother Tom Proulx and sister Marie Mueller. Dan will be missed by all his nieces, nephews and his friends at Mission Towers in Haverhill, MA where he resided for the last 6 years.

Family and friends are invited to attend calling hours on Saturday, May 16, 2026 from 12pm – 2pm at the Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home 116 Main St. Plaistow, NH. His interment will be held privately.
